Consistency of service is based on site conditions,
access, and cooperation from facility personnel.

Pricing Adjustment
Service pricing may be adjusted approximately
5–6% every 24 months to reflect changes in labor,
supply costs, and operational expenses.

Additional adjustments may apply in the event of
significant scope changes, frequency changes,
or abnormal site conditions.
